mountain do triathlon 2008

this year's race consisted of running 10k, canoeing/kayaking 3k, and mountain biking 20k.

running and biking are on trail circling hungry mother lake. canoeing/kayaking is across lake.

all events start and stop in the lake beach area.

participant categories

teams - women, men, coed and youth

singles- women (39 yrs & younger, 40 yrs and older) & men (39 yrs & younger, 40 yrs and older)

singles- youth (high school and younger)

each participant recieves race t-shirt, lunch and drink.

awards to first, second and third place winners in all categories.

fees

by april 10, $90/adult team and $40/adult indivdual

$40/ youth team and $10/ youth individual

after april 21, $100/adult team and $50/adult indivdual
